Most shirt laundries "shake out" shirts, laying them out collar to collar to prepare them for the shirt unit for maximum shirt press productivity. The MBH Rope-Tie System eliminates shaking out shirts. The shirt orders are tied in "logs" (up to 8 shirts) with two ties. After the wash, the ties are removed and the shirts, laying collar to collar are ready for the shirt unit.
