the MBH Rope-TieTM system

thank you for your interest in our exciting product..

First let me explain why the heavy duty, MBH Rope-Tie product is so exciting...

Designed to eliminate the time wasted procedure of shaking out shirts, we found it did that and much more, whether you are washing loose or in nets.

When shirt orders are tied in logs, the sleeves do not tangle in the wash, making it easier and faster to unload the washing machine. Now, with the shirt orders in "logs," it ends the possibility of damage to the sleeves when removing from the wash.

...allowed a reduction on supplies, and still got a cleaner, brighter shirt MBH Rope-Ties allow a reduction in supplies, and produces (still got) a cleaner, brighter shirt. This is just the tip of the iceberg of owner benefits when using the MBH Rope-Tie System. Shirt orders tied into "logs" drop from the top of the basket in the wash, rather than a rolling 4 to 5 o’clock action, dramatically increasing the scrubbing, mechanical action which is directed to the heavily soiled areas, the collars and cuffs. As a result, those laundries scrubbing collars no longer find it necessary. Knowing the three basic components of a good wash, water temperature, chemicals and the mechanical action, many smart operators find the increased mechanical action allows a reduction in supplies, and still results in a cleaner, brighter shirt.

tied shirt orders occupy less space..

Tied shirt orders occupy less space than washing loose or in nets. This allows a substantial increase in the wash load. Dry cleaners and full service laundries have increased their wash load.

...big dollar saving in water, sewage, supplies and labor costs The result is big dollar saving in water, sewage, supplies and labor costs. For example, those using 50# washers, reported increasing their wash load from 65 shirts per load to 90. This resulted in a "free load" after every 3 loads washed. A big dollar saving in water, sewage, supplies and labor costs. Maximizing loads, can also eliminate the need of a costly investment of additional equipment.

Shirt orders tied together, stay together. When the shirts come off the shirt unit, the orders are together, cutting sorting/assembly time 50% or more and reducing the chance of error.

Each shirt order (up to 8 shirts) is tied together. On two shirt orders they are combined with another order. Single shirt orders are tied together in logs up to 8 shirts, speeding up processing after inspection. Dark, cold water shirts are tied separately.

Satellite store owners have found that by tying shirt orders in their satellite store, the trucks delivered the soiled shirts directly to the wash, thus reducing their turn around time and giving faster customer service. Also, store staff’s productivity is increased.

Greater visible control on the production on the production floor by selecting any of the 5 available colors for wash, rush or store classification (or any other purpose)

In summation, this simple to use, dependable, long lasting product, with virtually no training time needed, offers a quick return on investment in the MBH Rope-Tie System.
