Recommendations for the best results
  • J-HookFailure to fully depress slide-lock button can result in pre-mature wear on the rope causing ties to slip.
  • Use one j-hook for each “starch” classification and one in washroom for easy removal.
  • Mount j-hooks at a eye level.
  • Assign one color for each classification. hang Rope-TiesTM of same color on each j-hook.
  • Hang shirts, collar to collar on j-hook for each classification, (starch, no starch, heavy starch, etc.).
  • Hang a maximum of eight shirts to form a log.
  • Use two ties for each“log”. slip first tie over the shirts, about 9” down from collar and tighten. slip second tie about 9” up from cuff and tighten. You have now produced a “log” of shirts. load the logs in your washer to capacity, (usually 2 shirts to a pound).
  • After washing, unload logs into a basket. take one log at a time and hang collars on j-hook for easy rope-tie removal.
  • Take released shirts (each order will be grouped together to reduce sort and assembly time) and place in damp box.
  • No shake out is necessary!
